Watch Red Hot Chili Peppers play Aeroplane Live // First Time In 20 Years

Last night Red Hot Chili Peppers played ‘Aeroplane’, the track taken from the album ‘One Hot Minute’, live for the first time since Dave Navarro left the band.

Due to problems with drug addiction, Navarro left the Chili Peppers in 1998, last playing with them in 1997, meaning nearly 20 years have passed since ‘Aeroplane’ was last performed live.

Currently causing a stir in politics by lending support to Bernie Sanders in the American presidential race, the Californians have also been working on songs with Danger Mouse, which they have been hyping up quite a bit.
