If you’re looking for grungy girl power pop this summer, moshing out to the sounds of Wolf Alice will be a great highlight for you. Wolf Alice are a four-piece alternative rock band from North London. Initially forming as a two-piece in 2010, the band now boasts Ellie Rowsell (vocals, guitar), Joff Oddie (guitars, vocals), Theo Ellis (bass), and Joel Amey (drums, vocals) as members. The band officially released their debut single “Fluffy” in February 2013, and the single “Bros” followed in May. The single “Moaning Lisa Smile” from the band’s 2014 EP Creature Songs peaked at #9 on Billboard Alternative Songs in August 2015 and the band were nominated for the Grammy Award for Best Rock Performance for the 2016 Grammys. Wolf Alice have worked very hard touring over the last few years and have shared bills with Biffy Clyro, Kodaline, Katy B, Swim Deep and more. The release of their official debut EP ‘Blush’ (2013) was followed by the ‘Creature Songs’ EP in May 2014 and in 2015 they released their long awaited debut album ‘My Love Is Cool’, accompanied by lead single “Giant Peach”.
Lead by the enigmatic Alison Mosshart who epitomises rock chic with natural ease, The Kills are an indie rock band based on the American – British duo Alice and Jamie. This is one hard working band, with already five studio albums under their belt. Their first four albums; ‘Keep On Your Mean Side’, ‘No Wow’, ‘Midnight Boom’, and ‘Blood Pressures’, alongside relentless touring have catapulted them to worldwide stardom. Their fifth studio album ‘Ash & Ice’ is set to be released on June 3, 2016 but you can already hear their riffing and unyielding new single ‘Doing It To Death’, which is out now.
This is one Canadian singer songwriter who may as well be from Mars. Dressing like the love child of David Bowie and Vivienne Westwood, Grimes outlandish avant-garde costuming and instinctive, unique vocals are set to launch the crowd on Saturday. Born and raised in Vancouver, Grimes first became involved with the underground music scene when she joined McGill University and started recording her own experimental music. Her first three studio albums are; ‘Geidi Primes’, ‘Halfaxa’ and ‘Visions’ (2012). The singles “Genesis” and “Oblivion” received widespread critical acclaim with The New York Times hailing it “one of the most impressive albums of the year so far”. Not only was it nominated for the Polaris Prize but it also received the Juno Award for Electronic Album of the Year. Her fourth studio album Art Angels was released in 2015 and has since become her highest-charting project in the United States peaking at number 36. Frances’ singing talent burns as a bright flame within the youth of the UK’s musical sphere. She grew up in Berkshire, England and later studied music at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. In August 2014 the French music label Kitsuné featured her as an artist with a track called “Fire May Save You”. The single was released as part of an EP, and by July 2015 she released the EP “Grow” for Communion Records. By October 2015 she released the EP “Let it Out” and by November 2015 she was really taking off, being shortlisted for the 2016 BRIT Awards: Critics’ Choice Award. Frances had her big break in December 2015 when she was nominated for the BBC Sound of 2016. You can hear Frances stunning voice on tour!

Goulding is an English singer, songwriter who plays multiple instruments, known best for her hit ‘Love Me Like You Do’ which has received over 1 billion hits on YouTube in the last year. In 2010, Ellie’s success first took off when her debut studio album ‘Lights’ hit number one on the UK Albums Chart. It has since sold over 850,000 copies in the UK. Her cover of Elton John’s “Your Song” reached number two in the UK in December 2010 and Ellie performed the song at the wedding reception of Prince William and Catherine Middleton at Buckingham Palace.
Goulding’s second studio album, Halcyon, was released in 2012. After 65 weeks the album reached number one and the song “Burn” became her first UK number-one single.
